Never uploaded the frame. It's _still_ not put together. Hoping to make some actual progress this coming weekend, now that some smaller parts that were seemingly lost in the move have been ordered and should be arriving in the next few days.

This is my 4th CR rebuild. A 1993 CR250 that was in about 6 boxes. I look for the most abandoned and unloved bikes on craigslist or marketplace and try to bring them back from the dead. Almost done with this one, just need the HRC Racing clutch/ignition cover and a red cloth bar pad and I am calling it done!

6/23/2020 2:51pm Some updates. Brought frame and swing arm to powder coat. Should've done it in one trip, but I'm going to also bring my triple clamps and linkage to the same shop. Decided to replace all linkage bearings while I'm at all of this. Will be ordering those this evening. Any other recommendations on cylinder repair? Millenium sent back their quote...

Pulling the cylinder was a task and a half. Had to knock on the piston to get it unstuck. Head and cylinder are going to need to be replaced. With how bad the damage is, the bridge is just going to keep cracking, so no point in getting it fixed up. A bit gutted, but...

Sweet! I have my 03 CR125 torn down to the frame and am a long way from being finished but these CR's are rad bikes.

5/29/2020 9:24am These two didn't show up. Bike is dirty in all of these (even the back of truck picture after a quick wash and attempt at removing the awful stickers the previous owner had all over it).
