It seemed pretty smooth sailing in January, according to SX Global's dithyrambic marketing bs... “It’s incredibly gratifying to see our vision for a truly global supercross championship steadily coming to fruition,” SX Global CEO Adam Bailey said. “Our goals, while ambitious, are clear to elevate supercross to a global audience through a truly international calendar of events, visit diverse destinations...

Very clear. Seems like I missed a day of racing. Maybe. Or maybe not. Or maybe Adam discreetly canceled one of the two days, just like he did in Abu Dhabi...

If crowning a double "world champion" (hired directly by the promoter in total disregard for his own equity rules) after five races in two years is not a fraud, I don't know what is.

That's absolute bs. Everybody knows we French are the world champions of whining. BTW, I don't see how calling WSX what it is (a joke, a fraud, a parody, a circus, holiday on ice...) makes anyone a whiner.

Some of you are completely disregarding the overall picture of where WSX stands and are only looking at the Australian event. WSX would be on to something if they could replicate this race in UK, Germany, Spain, Brazil, UAE, Japan. But they clearly can't manage to do it. Then add the other weirdness (cancelled rounds, lashing out on normal journalistic work, straight up lying about the minimum acceptable standards for an event etc.) and the result is that people and even riders/teams are fed up with it.

Australia had the series before and Adam and crew did a great job......Then they convinced the FIM (after the AMA told them to take a hike) to join their wannabe SX series and call it a world championship. It's great they have racing over there and it was great before when they had RC, Reed, and others come over (like Paris and others), but they acted like it was going to take over SX and push the outdoors out too.....worked out solid and now lost their investors.

It was hard work to watch, having all the cameras on the floor instead of having some in the stands,so you could actually see the track, was wierd TBH. And the SX2 podium was embarrassing. Guy wins a World* series and is stood there like a prune looking for his trophy. Was the best one so far , but it wasnt a high bar really, was it ?

SX Global has been trying to convince Larivière Organisation that Paris needs WSX for two years. Up till now, the Paris team is obviously still wondering what Bailey & friends would bring to the table. 55000 fans (on two days) got to see Roczen, the Lawrence Bros, Webb, Shimoda, Vialle... They're obviously doing fine on their own.

The Stadium in Paris was sold out! The Promoter doesn't need a FIM Status! In my Opinion the WSX is a dead Horse!

French beagle guy will not run out of propaganda. This is his religion, he’s completely bought in. He has at least 12 pre written 500 word essay’s to tell vital about the utopian future where the e bike class rises up and destroys the ice class and the evil society they’ve built. It will be replaced by the e bike paradise. Where all you hear is chain slapping and the guy snoring next to you in the stands.

Still, gays and Stark zealots have one thing in common: they both say "You don't know what you're missing, you have no idea how amazing it is until you try it!". And I'm still not interested.

Most things WSX do are confusing, to be fair. The big tip off for me is when you have good, smart, super experienced announcers who still sound a little unsure or are stumbling through explanations of things that are so convoluted 😂 Real happy to see Deano and Max win something though, however the championships are laid out, they can only race the races, tracks and competition that is out in front of them... Like Kenny, we could pull at the thread of him being a '2x world champion' from racing like 5 rounds a couple of which were at...
