The real root of the problem is that he just doesnt give a single fuck about how his actions affect other ppl. One of the rules of life that most civilized humans try to live by is to make an honest attempt not to burden other people with the things you do. Clean up after yourself, dont litter, put away the shopping cart…etc. You can do whatever the hell you want with your own life, just dont be a burden on me. Some people are too lazy to throw something away in a trash can so they just throw it...
