Terrible look for Kove as a brand, which is unfortunate because the company was doing well to lend credibility to their efforts with their participation in Dakar, etc. Can you imagine seeing this from another manufacturer:

I was thinking along the same line as the guys above saying to back out the rebound clicker. As a general rule when I move up a spring rate I click in at least two clicks of rebound and when I go down a spring rate I back off at least two clicks. This method has worked well for me when I'm searching for clicker settings on a fork: Find yourself a flat turn or a wide very low banked corner and back the rebound out two clicks, ride the corner twice and see how it feels. 2/20/2024 7:29am The rebound is too stiff. 7 out with stock valving is pretty slow especially if you have softer springs so it’s packing and holding the front down. Unless you’re riding deep sand. I would suggest 10-12 out area as a starting point.

I've also tried Factory Connection. Same results as you. They even sent me another customer's stuff once in addition to valving my B-kit setup for someone 50 pounds lighter than me. I was done. I don't use them anymore either.

I’d wait for Enzo! I had my stuff done by them this past summer and it came back great! I haven’t had a Yamaha since the 1st yz400 and always wanted Enzo but couldn’t afford it then. Now I know what I was missing.

I’ve had there stuff in the past . It was good. I use AHM and they are awesome to work with. Unfortunately, this time of year you are going to run into extended turn around times for anyone that is good, it’s a busy time of year.

2/12/2024 9:01pm I’ve used ahm in the past it was ok after a couple redo’s Yeah they seemed pretty overwhelmed. The guy on the phone was nice but seemed pretty disappointed when I asked the turn around. I think I’ll just stick with the stock valving for now it’s not terrible. I’ve tried a couple kawi’s with precision’s settings and there felt pretty good just kind of soft. I think I just need to be patient, because I’m pretty confident that Enzo will be good from past experiences. thanks for the info...

Enzo - they are KYB specialists. Have you called Enzo in Texas to see if they can turn your suspension quicker? Craig Decker does amazing work. I've tried Precision Concepts several times. I just never could quite get there with their settings. It was the same for my neighbor, so we both eventually gave up. I will say, however, one of the best shocks I've ever ridden was by Precision Concepts. I still have that shock because it was so good (Showa on old CRF450R) .

I’m not sure if backyard designs installs them, but I was extremely impressed with the communication and how fast they showed up. I designed my own and I think from design to delivery was 4 days from Germany
