NoeOrtiz Added a reply to Shout to Dirt Wurx crew for a great year

Overall I think they did a good job, but there was still times when I would scratch my head as to why they wouldn’t fix certain sections of tracks during the race when it was unsafe. In Vegas for example, the first set of woops were dangerous towards the last 3 humps. They had a pretty bad buck in them...

I know its all personal preference but do you guys recommend v force or the boyesen rad valve for my bike? Personally i am leaning towards the rad valve, but i would love to hear your guys opinions.

So i tested out the bike today, and like you said i do feel like the Tmx had much better top end power and pulled a lot longer. The PWK seems like it has more bottom end and a harder snap of power at the crack of the throttle. The bike is still very crisp, but it does rev out...

Thank you guys for the help so far. So i installed the carb today and am surprised that it actually performs better then the stock carb. It's not a huge difference, but it definitely is an improvement. I havent got to actually put the bike to the test on a track, but just from reving the bike out and riding...

So i have a 2007 CR250R and would like to install an air striker on my bike. With all the horror stories ive heard about the oem carb, i actually have my bike running really crisp and have no jetting issues with the stock carb. The only reason i want to try installing the air striker is because i have...

I was actually thinking of racing the novice class. And i wouldnt consider myself a true 450b rider. The small races ive done didnt have stacked tallent, which is why i can usually podium. the one time i did a big race, (2 stroke national), i got smoked and placed like 12th. Plus i dont ride supercross, which means ima...

I heard they tame the track down, what i dont know is to what extent they tame it down. Im a decent rider and i usually podium the few times ive done local races (450 intermediate). But im definitely not a supercross rider and have little to no experience on a supercross track. I really wanna do this race but...

You gotta be kidding me if you think the frame was the reason he got bucked. Believe me I know that frame wasn't the greatest, but I guarantee he would have gotten bucked on any bike he was riding. That fall was caused by a mistake in his timing, not the "Frame".
Man some people over think things just a little too much and don't enjoy anything. If you like Uncle Ronnie, then just enjoy some funny entertainment. If he was in supercross where it's a lot more serious, his character might not fit in so much. But RBSR is the perfect event for him to ride, the whole event is pretty...

I hope the Reed's are all okay in what ever situation they have going on. I'ma be bummed to not see Reed race. The 2 strokes were the main reason I was going to the race, and now it looks like we lost a key part of the action. I wish they would at least replaced him with another two...

Hanny is the man, I've ridden in the hills with him before and it's definitely a sight to see. Hes one of the most naturally tallented guys on a bike with some insane style. I think he can still podium tomorrow even with the injury. He was going huge in practice hitting a quad section, I'm not sure I've seen...

NoeOrtiz Added a reply to RBSR No whoops???

Isn't that only a small portion of the track? I could have sworn I seen on Instagram a sand whoops section before the finish line. Not the same as supercross whoops but sand whoops should make things interesting.

Appreciate the feedback man. That's pretty much the answer I was looking for. Do you prefer the ktm over the kawi? And if so is it by a lot?

Serious question, what's the hype or benefit about this "steel frame"? I always see people on here talking about the steel frame like it's magical. I know ktm and huskys are great bikes, but always wondered why people talk so highly of the frames. If any one can give me a serious factual answer it would be highly appreciated.
