Hammer 663s Liked a forum topic Help for the Terlecki's....

Ryan and Evan Terlecki are well-known in the PNW moto community. Ryan won the 125 class at Loretta's in 1993, and his son Evan made the show for the first time in 2023, 30 years later, where he took 5th OA in the 250C Limited class. Fast family, and good people. They were down in SoCal after the holidays and on January 13th Ryan had a big one at Fox. Lost the front into the face of a big jump, at speed. Broke 8 ribs left side, 5 right, punctured both lungs, concussion, and other internal injuries. He was in...

The Lawrence camp with Dazzy’s guidance do not come across to me as people that would do this without knowing. Add into the fact the agency also fired him but kept the brothers is telling. I’ve seen these things play out around me at companies I’ve worked around and the employee was never right.

Thanks Nathaniel for being diplomatic. Also, why don't you ever answer the questions I ask? They are rarely answered by you and others and only replied with you're wrong and I'm right as well, along with other obsenities and insults. As you maybe trying to do, I'm just replying with perspective as are a few others. Answer this for me...

I wasn't there, so I can't say. Enough experts have weighed in here to say there is only one side. As they say, I don't have a dog in the fight, and like a few others in this thread I was only trying to look at the situation and the sides objectively and then subjectively through the lens of a...

Just trying to offset the C@@ksey mob mentality burn at the stake clan here and Nathaniel129 definitely outposts me with quips and badgering me to answer questions of which I did but of course no thank you’s from him.

I'm not going to argue with that. I am not a fan of the suing. And I personally would have felt responsible if I allowed my kid to ride without checking the track out. I was always worried about track changes and even on my personal track I take a slow lap to check things out and make sure weather or trespassers have not made any changes that could cause a problem. If I I was reading this as a person totally new to the info and seeing people either assume Rich knew or just state he knew. When his...

Its funny to come back and see the arguing . At least get the facts according to the statement correct. If You do not believe that Rich did not know about the corner before his kid rode, say it ( some have ). People keep saying that Rich knew about the corner before the race. According to Riches statement, He did NOT know about it. And that was the problem he had. That an area that others had pointed out and asked to be changed was a part of the track and unknown to Rich prior to the kid riding...

You are correct. I will redact negligence is uknown and simply quote " BY DEFINITION negligence arises out of an act or failure act that a REASONABLE PERSON would have foreseen as likely to cause harm." So it was said the track was negliegent because a reasonable person forsaw that the feature (corner) in question would cause harm and was...

Here is a simpler take with redactions. "It's baffling that any track is not held responsible for anything;" The statement has nothing to do with suiting up and taking risks; that is implied. It has to do with tracks assuming responsibility for their actions as well. It should be a mutual and symbiotic relationship. Sometimes, negligence is unknown until something...

What a dumb take. No one is forcing you to suit up and ride. If the track is too "negligent" for you, then don't ride it? If you do, don't cry about an accident.

Zero chance you and the same dozen people would post here again. "I do appreciate that he's too stupid to keep his mouth shut every time this topic gets bumped so it stays up here longer than it otherwise would."

Odd to see you and the same others here posting the same shit over and over again. You must be another LACR shill defending their outright slanderous behavior on this topic. Multiple issues and suits tells me they are not always the innocent ones. Everyone needs to own up to their bullshit and they have had options and are only...

It's baffling that LACR (or any other track) is not held responsible for anything; everyone disregards egregious or overlooked errors in track design, lack of maintenance and precautions, staff/facilities mismanagement, and policing of idiot pit bike/UTV riders/golf kart drivers. Tracks and their management are not above negligence or ignorance. Tracks that do a good job of managing their facility and...

Nchez11 Liked a forum topic California up through 2025 dirt bikes now legal

Here’s some good news that should help riders and dealerships. Previously if your off road bike was considered non-compliant by the overbearing California air research board you were issued a red sticker which meant you could only ride your dirt bike seasonally or on private property. That was nearly all dirt bikes especially competition bikes. Then they went further and decided all non compliant dirt bikes from model year 2022 and newer could not even get a red sticker which meant they could never be ridden off private property. It was ridiculous. So some people were able to luckily get...
