Yes brand new. I changed to memlon arc levers from the KTM hard parts and I just noticed that the clutch doesn't disengage using two fingers. Or drags that is.
You guys should be getting your bikes any day now. I was an April delivery as well and all 4 of the April 450 FEs were delivered last friday. Note that my dealer didn't even get invoiced until the day after they showed up. Hope this helps the anxiety, but may make it worse.

What did you end up finding out on this? I have a similar issue on my '16 450 FE. I have the lever all the way out just to suit my riding still and I hate having to reach for the lever.
Measured from the axle to the sag mark on the fender. I have an MSR sag tool, so I always pull it tight to the top of the hole in the axle. Stock, before any adjustments, I had ~90mm of race sag and 38mm static. After adjusted, I ended of with ~96mm of race sag and 42mm of static. Any...
Is there any adjustment to the clutch? I had changed my levers to arc memlons and can't get the clutch to engage if I'm using one or two fingers. If I pull it all the way to the grip I'm good. Just don't want to move the lever all the way out and have to reach for it.
Thanks. I have a full akro system I'm installing tomorrow. I had my dealer flashy he ECU with KTMs akro map so I will see where it's at. Just was curious why the tolerances is zero on that considering they had issues last year.
Two questions: any pointers on how to install the raptor foot pegs. I saw another post with vise grips but doesn't work with raptor pegs unless I'm totally wrong on spring placement. Also see pic. Should the stock muffler be touching the side panel or was this installed incorrectly from the factory or dealer.

Glad I ordered a set of CVs. Now if they will just come off back order!
Thanks for the heads up. I agree that it sucks the stock silencer doesn't fit the head pipe. I didn't think that would be the case when I ordered the bike. I ended up getting the exhaust for $1300 to my door and thought that was a fair price considering the FMF was about $1000. I miss the two stroke...
