Just checked the Monster Mountain website and wanted to clear up that they will have the Winter schedule in effect. Open 7 days a week from December 26 thru April 2nd 2017. Scott Plessinger owned Paradise the last few years it was open. He sold it last year as a hunting club or RV park, I heard both so don't know for sure. Too bad for me as it was only about an hour away and open every weekend.

I would message them on their Facebook pages and ask them. Monster Mountain has been for a few years but right now there is some question as to when he will start being open 7 days a week. Ron is a good friend of mine and would like to eventually reopen the track but has no plans to at this time.

Matt Walker runs it now and has it open every few months for practice and has said he may start races again in 2017 last I heard.

You would also be 45 minutes from War Eagle MX in Auburn which is a very good practice only track. Open most Saturdays and Sundays in winter and usually Wednesday evening and Sundays in the summer. Edit: And you could head on over and try to be a Walker on the Walking Dead which is filmed near there (LaGrange) lol.

You guys are out of luck. I was at the track with him Saturday when it happened and I didn't get invited . I put myself on the list as first alternate.
