Always wanted to do a bike with these ‘team-issue’ only PC silencers. Strangely the kawi’s never used them but YZ and RM factory bikes had the extra support welded to the stinger tip. I got some photos and measurments of an original one so I could replicate it. Firstly I shortened the body to corrext length, fabbed up the bracket based on some cardboard bits then had it Tig welded up. New decal to finish it off!

Cheers for the recommendation, loved watching him machine that rear hub on the lathe! With zero prior experience I gave it a go filming one of my builds a few years ago. It was a bit of a learning curve trying to figure out how to film with a very basic camera and my first time with Premiere Pro. I think next time I'd make it shorter and would need some advice on what to do with background music as I skipped that at the last minute (it's better on mute!). 2005 kx 125 - have owned it since 2006 (purchased from Patrick Chaney) has been sitting on a stand in a conditioned warehouse for roughly 13 years (not cranked during this time) don’t know the value so make a reasonable cash offer / Bike is in north Alabama

Carb hoses and all cable routing sorted. Added a NOS Pro Circuit carb canister that I’ve had in the cupboard for a few years, as well as a Pro Circuit throttle wheel into the housing.

Motor done and buttoned up. All brand new but standard cylinder/head (for now). (Thanks to Jeremy and Steve for the parts/shipping from America)

Couple of cool items… I was already planning on doing the newer rear caliper upgrade, and in doing so came across a billet KHI Factory bracket, followed shortly after by a billet KHI Nissin Rear master cylinder with bigger piston. This thing is a work of art!
