Ive done a similar build, but add a Lectron Carb, DG Pipe and full Disc Brake front end off a 1984 CR250

Hey Joe-I posted it here for $4600, I have more into it. I’ll give you a better deal though. I love the KLX 250’s, but really don’t have a race class for them. I couple other projects I need to finish.

1/25/2016 4:12pm Bruce Porter actually still owns the two twin shock HL500 ProFab Abergs he built for the Four Stroke Nationals. Very special bikes, one of which won a championship..... These were built before my bike, 1978-1981 era
