3/16/2021 3:09pm Started off with the idea of just rebuilding my 2005 KX250 after it sitting in the garage for 8 years collecting dust, what thought would be a quick strip down check and rebuild has ended up turning into a full project build with the budget more than doubling what I first thought it would cost 🤦🏼♂️😂😂

3/16/2021 3:07pm Nice Build. Do you clear coat your shiny parts ? Cerakote has a clear that will keep them shiny for a while.

2/6/2021 5:29am This fine piece turned up today, the 3D printed steering stop wasn’t strong enough in the material we had available for printing so had to have our design made out of billet, incorporates steering stop front number mounting pins and brake line guide all in one

1/5/2021 11:57am So progress has been slow to say the least a lot slower than I would have like but managed to get a bit done over the Christmas period and quite happy with where I’m at still a ways off but starting to resemble a bike again

11/14/2020 2:22pm A little more progress although progress is slow. Need wheels laced up with a new set of Dunlop mx33 tyres, callipers built and bolted on and gear level cleaned up for the factory look

9/26/2020 5:14pm Progress has been slow recently to say the least but got some brake calliper and linkage work done, also some other goodies arriving for the build.

8/28/2020 3:43am we have a small tumbler at home it took a while longer to do our selves with it being a small one started with a courser media then finished them off with a polishing media
