Very nice, I had an 05 some years ago, just got a new 18, the seat is a lot taller than the 05, would you be interested in a straight swap with the seats ? I live in North Yorkshire GB

Hello, Please can someone help, I've just got a GYTR clutch cover for my 07 yz250f, the GYTR cover is a bit deeper than the standard cover, is it best to add more oil with the deeper cover ? Thanks.

The board I use is 3mm wall board it is plywood with a face on it, you can get a few diffent colours and finishes. It is what caravan manufacturers use. There is 6mm plywood behind it which is screwed to the van, then use silicon adhesive to stick the ... more »
2 Trick, thanks for the compliments, to be honest the edgings & trims make it a whole lot easier. How much room, floor area do you have left in the front area of your van, supising what you could squeeze in.

That looks 1st Class work, my garage on my house isn't much bigger than that, Them cabinets are for nowt, very good value. Well done that man.

My van is not that big in comparison to a box van with space at a minimum & weight to consider, everything was made using timber frame & 6mm plywod for the paneling, then covered with 3mm wall board, the cabinets in the front were made from light
Can't believe I'm not the only one got carried away with alloy trim & coin pattern rubber mat. I've been doing a conversion as well, a panel van a bit like a Merc sprinter, you have bags of room there, looks very good, keep up the good work !. It's
