well, i finally started putting my kx80 back together...i loved this bike as a kid...got it after riding 82 yz80's for most of the year and the kx was bigger and faster...so it was a ton of fun! once done it will have white power shock, roost factory ported motor with RF pipe reeds and boost bottle, answer safety seat...

4/16/2016 6:01pm well...its been a while and I'm still working on the cr125. But I am almost done! Just waiting for the tank to be painted and the ohlins shock to be restored...oh, and a front rim...after that its done...here's some sneak peaks

4/16/2016 5:57pm I'm glad you guys liked the story. It was really a great time, and I can't believe the bike ran for two motos. I thought for sure it would die out there somewhere. After checking it out when we got home, the front brake was leaking all over the disc, the rear shock was blown, there were even less knobbies...

I even told a guy watching that my nephew was riding my 20 year-old cr and he just said "he hasn't raced in 20 years huh?" I said "yeah my 20yr nephew hasn't raced in 20 years....he's pretty good...
