I really like the RC high bend Renthals. I moved them to my yz250 2- stroke that doesn't have risers on and they are great. I liked on the 450 with risers but got tired of the cable problem. Been happy with PT KX bends.

6'6 and change here. I ride an 08 YZ450. I have the fastway lower footpegs and love them. No problem with foot pulling off. I have an RG3 top clamp with their risers on them. Opened it up big time. I had some RC bend renthal bars (which I loved) but made with the risers made the bars so high...

There are a lot of things that could be going on its hard to diagnosis over the internet. One thing is, the more rebound is sped up the worse you will corner and give the bike a pushing feeling. You want to ADD rebound dampening to slow them down.....meaning move the screw in to slow the rebound down. Its opposite...

Lots of question...I am taking your suspension guy has put in the right spring rates for your weight and the oil height is within the correct specs of your manual? Also, what are your clicker as right now? I am also taking it, that you haven't tried moving the clicker softer? One mistake I hear a lot from my buddies...

I don't think this was a overly anal buy. I am the same way when buying used. Plus, a leaky fork seal tells me that maintences isn't a priority, since they are easily fixed. I probably would have walked as well.

I have a three drawer Craftsman carrying box. I prefer the metal because I keep it in the back of the truck. I agree with everyone else, nothing nice in it, just stuff that will get the job done!

Was it cold when you started? My friends 09 runs VERY rich when its cold. But I agree with the other to comments as well. Aways warm them up before someone looks at it. You want a one kick wonder!

I have run the MS3 starcrosses for years. Tough as nails and the rear lasts me a good year. This year I went with a Bridgestone 403 for the front and the MS3 in the back. So for the Bidgestone is working better on the more intermediate then the Starcross, which I think does a bit better in the softer...

I did that to my 2000 426 back in the day. The shop I took it to put a heli-coil but they didn't drill straight and it started leaking. Another shop put a time sert in. Since then I have put many heli-coils in and I don't understand way how that orginal shop screwed it up. They aren't that hard...

I freakin love my Smith amber mirrored lens. There is no better lens for the sun..perfect for summer days. Not good during bad over cast weather or cloudy days. When its super over-cast I use my orange lens....help brighten things up.

They sell manuals on Rocky Mountain.com. I prefer the OEM manuals, but they are way expensive. Cylmer also makes aftermarket manuals...I am not a fan of those, but its better then having no manual. I like Maxima and Bel-ray synthetic blends personally.
