If you are limited to these 3, I'd suggest the Leatt. It'll be the lightest of the 3 and has advanced design and better foam (the triangle design from Kali). If you look at some Kali video's, you'll understand why it's a better application of foam inside a helmet and for compression management. The Bell is also a good design...

HR monitors are notoriously inconsistent at times which can cause huge spike variances which aren't normal. Occasionally the strap needs to be put in the washer to dislodge the sweet buildup which causes this abnormal spikes. It's doubtful his HR was beating that fast at the time. But again, adrenaline on the starting line will always make the heart beat...
