Do companies facing tariffs stick it out, pass the increased cost to the consumers, after having established production abroad in order to escape increased costs. Or is the implication that tariffs increase consumer costs by forcing investment in the US, back to the same taxes / regulations, manufacturing costs being fled

So, rights are granted by amendment although, for only those certain people / situations, & media outlets that just five years ago were to remain protected forums for free speech should now require government approval. Sounds about right.

That's a lot of words to say he was prosecuted for not using campaign funds. Motivated by family or an election he was given no chance of winning, many even claimed didn't really want to win. Interestingly, some of the loudest critics today could find no fault with John Edwards soliciting money specifically for his mistress.

Motogrady, I like how you used Infinity & mini-split in the same discussion. I don't know whats worse but since it's about even with going to court on my list of shit I don't wanna do, I'm gonna go with fucking with any mini-split.

You can pretty much count on it as having had refrigerant added to it over the years to either compensate for low airflow or mistakenly trying to correct what they thought was an undercharge condition. Once proper airflow is restored that excess refrigerant will just result in a warmer coil, but by now I imagine you're prob suffering from an...

Don't know about you man but when faced with gun wielding cop screaming at me, any grievance I might be having at the time will just have to wait for courtroom. If I reacted any other way it's plausible I may be in threatening state of mind. Even if their contact with you is unwarranted, unlawful, that's an argument you'll...

Ever watch taking fire or my fighting season? Those guys they're forced to disengage always come back for more later. I'm not so sure guys in the trenches always appreciate the ROE that politicians created for them.

An officer may justifiably perceive someone as a threat & kill them whether they pointed a weapon or even actually had a weapon. Seems its policy issue but having said that I don't know how you tell a cop that someone refusing to obey commands while being held at gunpoint really isn't that much of a threat. Don't die, just...

And, both named Merkel as favorite world leader.. I guess kinda like that nat gas pipeline we never hear about that one side or the other is gonna build through Syria, total coincidence to what's happening there or campaign contributions to certain presidential candidate.

So why aren't we seeing this covered? Not a word on popular morning shows or evening news. It seems at least as important as Trump having been up all night on Twitter.

This won't end until we just cave & let them federalize law enforcement. Great strategy, without guns people like this couldn't have multiple arrests prohibiting them from owning the firearm that police are supposed to shoot out of their hands, we can chip away at 2a & at same time create stepping stone federal guidelines for local law enforcement. afterwards...

Sure, whenever we start restricting peaceable excercise of all rights. Maybe we should have to prove we're responsible enough to be trusted with free speech, & look how much harm the unregulated Internet can cause. Let's register everything, background check to sell an mx bike in case the buyer lives in a place like Baltimore, DC or NY, can't sell...

Exactly, I couldn't agree more. The habits of traffic offenders shouldn't dictate what the rest of us can drive & the actions of criminals or irresponsible guns owners should only affect their own ability to own a gun or particular type of gun.

So the laws are working except for the laws being ignored by the criminals? I hear ya tho, I was almost labeled habitual traffic offender a while back & that would've never happened if the auto industry didn't continue to produce vehicles capable of exceeding lawful speed limits.

I still haven't figured out exactly which gun law isn't strict enough, or could it be the revolving door in Chicago that apparently doesn't keep these people locked up.

Oh so you don't want all the guns, just the ones that according to the FBI were used in roughly 300 killings last year I believe? Then you'll leave us alone & won't even mention all the handguns used in majority of deaths that also happen to accept a 30 rnd mag & fire just as fast ? Are you...
