12/30/2018 9:37pm Yeah adjusted the brake pedal. It's my son's bike. He's an A rider, and doesn't have the same issue on his 250... im thinking since the brakes are so sensitive that it's over heating...

So motor had 25 hrs on it. Had my motor guy do a top end on it. First ride after rebuild this happened. Anyone seen a rod snap??

10/25/2018 6:06pm I dont photos of the piston or head. I ended up selling the bike as is. Just decided to move on. Motor builder showed zero interest in looking at it to see what happened. Never offered to look at it when it first happened.

Looking at the chunk of cylinder skirt broken off, it looks like the pin migrated out far enough to catch the bottom of the skirt, breaking the piston /rod.
