The guy who finished 2nd at LL last year in +30 B/C is still racing B/C this year according to the results from the first Area qualifier in CA> How is that possible? I thought if you got Top 5 that you HAD to move up?

Yea I dont understand it either. There are 3 riders on the list that clearly have been moved from B to A by their local AMA district. How can they possibly race B this year?
