This is why I enjoy the first half of Supercross more than the second half. It usually boring races with a thin lineup. Last week was brutal. So many privateers in the 450 race.

I realized around age 35 the body simply doesn’t heal the same. I don’t know how some of these guys do it, former PRO or not. Even the mini Goat RV2 said he could NOT do a lap on a Supercross track these days. He said it would be double double double everything! That’s how fast you lose the timing...

Well said. It’s definitely not the bike. Brutal PR for Kawi coming off Prado’s drama. But with Sexton it’s the same rider making the exact same mistakes, now with 3 manufacturers in Honda. KTM, and Kawi. I think Chase will be much better outdoors. Supercross is a lot more thinking and technical. Yes he won in 2023 but 2nd place...

you can make a blooper reel for anybody, even dungey, but holy shit this is next level. theres just so many in there where he's clearly not thinking. at all. @1;38 sending it into a flat inside because he's so fixated on beating tomac ahead of him. zero patience. needs ADHD meds stat.

Just got back from a 2 week trip to Japan a couple of days ago, and everything you said is spot-on. What stood out to me is the respect that seems to be held for service workers, as well as the respect they have for you. Employees in restaurants, at train stations, etc are all neatly dressed in classy uniforms and carry themselves with the same dignity and class as a CEO would.

I haven't been traveling the world as much as I'd like to, but I've been to Japan twice now and it's amazing. Everything is super efficient, clean, and the people are respectful to one another. Stark contrast to how it is here! Food is healthy, fresh, and delicious. And right now everything is cheap as the Yen doesn't have much value to the dollar. The expensive part is getting there, but once you're there, it's really affordable. Airbnb cheap places to say and get a JR (Japan Rail) pass to get around.
