People voted before cars and airplanes. It's way easier to get to the polling locations today than it ever has been. I never liked the mail in votes except when I was stationed over seas. I don't vote anymore so it really makes no difference to me either way. I just like to talk. Oh, and rural people are generally more conservative. If it's harder for rural people to get to the polling places why would mail in voting favor the democrats? Things that make you think for 50 Alex.

Chance, IMO, is one of the better ones around here. His memes are always funny as shit. And his views, and opinions are on target with all of the crap we see going on. Yep, they took the privilege of absentee ballots, reserved for soldiers and others working out of country, turned it into mail in voting, and ran wild with it.. If you're in this country, you need to,register, show up in your district, legal identification in hand, and cast your vote.

Love the plan is no plans. We call those those sperm of the moment trips.🙂 That's how we rolled to Washougal last year, had reservations in Morro Bay the first 2 nights then wung it from there. It was one of our better road trips. We figured out we like to spend 2 nights minimum at any particular campground, otherwise you're just driving without exploring. 3 nights in cool places.

I don't really know what the roads are like all the way up into Alaska, which is kind of why I started this thread, but from my experience over the last few years the roads in Canada are generally way better than the roads in the US. They do a good job of keeping them up. To Alaska I think there are only a couple of roads in and I think highway 1 is the best option. There is another one 9 on the Canada side which turns into 5 on the Alaska side but looking at Google Street View...
