I would do full engine rebuild before the connecting rod bottom end bearing explodes. Over 100 hours is a lot for small bore two stroke with out rebuild if it has been ridden to it's full potential

At least do a top end. You can most likely wait until 150 hours to do the bottom end. I did my full engine at 100 on a 2016 125, but I had a broken gear in the tranny.

I have a 2016 KTM 150 with about 160-170 hours so i decide to rebuilt. Previous owner ride it hard for 60 hours on Sand Tracks the rest i rode normal MX. For me everything Looks good without any signs of wear. I think you can leave for another 50 hours depends on your riding style
