I did not know that about the 250 class. Thanks for that info. Vital should do a comparison between MXGP, AMA and Japan national bikes what they can and can not do. Might be a pain in the ass. But it would be a very interesting read!

there's a money cap in the 250 class and the suspension has to be available to the public, I.E unobtainable works suspension is not legal

I did not know the japanese goodies Would be illeagal. How are the yamaha jgr forks ok to run?i know those are pretty "advanced" All these crazy rules haha.

Actually, his suspension is production set off a CRF450R, his stuff from Japan wouldn't be legal to use here. Also, the PSF1 forks that factory Honda and JGR run are "more advanced" per say.

my upgrade was to the core exp.. It takes a little bit more to set up because there is an adjuster on the pressure plate, after u break the clutch in you have to pull your cover and check it again. But after that, once it's set your golden like a shower.. The only downside to a rekluse is you...

Rekluse is awesome.. i had the 2.0 and upgraded to the 3.0 in my '14YZ450, honestly can't tell the difference. but if you are going to be an sand more the Core EXP may be the way to go. holds more oil and has better cooling. if your rekluse feels like it is slipping you can always buy heavier weight/wedges...

Webb rode the 450 last year at the japan nationals. He was killing it, when i talked to him he said the bike was great, just had to get used to the power. Hope they both stay yamaha. Who knows.
Have the 2.0 in my 14 YZ450f waiting on the 3.0 exp to ship out. I love the rekluse have it in my 250F as well. Only downside is you can not bump start your bike. and if you coast at low rpms your bike will free wheel, but you get used to it. Ride with it on a muddy...
