Rad valve is metal and won't ever wear out or crack. I have one on my 2007 and 1987 KX250

You’re talking about the boot that goes from the carb to the reeds correct? If so, eBay. We had a 94 that was cracked and found a guy on eBay that makes them still. Good quality and works just fine

If you can’t find the bars You can probably replicate the purple on the bars with the translucent powder coat.
