Keep the forks flush and set rear to 105mm. You can play with going up 5mm on the forks, but I'd start with the above and dial in your clickers.

I'd stick with 5mil. Good starting point for virtually any bike.

The suspension is good the problem is the aluminum is so deeply scared I don’t think I can just replace that yea I can have Racetech rebuild it but I’m worried about how deep the damage is looks like my only option is to buy entire shock assembly oem

Yea I think I can still buy the OEM COMPLETE rear shock assembly it’s going for 1500 I believe I can’t find any used ones anywhere for my 03 250. The one on my bike is so scared up I really just want to replace it I’ll show u pictures

Yea my 03 need a rear suspension the one that’s on it is so beat up and scarred I need to swap it out

Yea really difficult finding suspension I wanted to up grade can’t find much on what will work for rear

Front will, not sure about the shock. You’d probably need the linkage if it fits at all. You should look for 04+ rear shock as they changed to Showa and are supposed to be better.
