8/3/2024 9:17am It’s hard to see but the gap between the piston and the cylinder is quite a bit bigger on the intake side this is where the ring stopper things idk what you call them. Anyway I’m wondering if the rings aren’t quite right or if this is normal?

7/30/2024 11:11am Don’t know about jetting. Spark plugs a little oily. I think elevation is 1300 feet. How do you measure the cylinder on a budget? Also what’s the ring gap supposed to be?

7/29/2024 6:59pm It’s a 2003 Honda cr250r. Cylinder is barely starting to get little scratch lines mostly on exhaust side but it’s not bad at all hardly even noticeable. I run 32 to 1 usually but to see if it would help I tried 40 to 1 but it still smoked a lot!
