intake side then exhaust side. My bike smokes a lot I run 32 to 1 usually it’s also very boggy one day it kinda seized I was riding it and it just bogged a bunch and puttered out bottom end is fine so I was wondering if the piston needs replacing? It’s ran pretty great before that one day and since then it smokes a lot too

You only need one post bud, but yes, there's some visible blow by on that piston. The bottom of the skirt is also showing some signs of wear. Measure your cylinder to make sure it's still in round and in spec, then order the appropriate size piston. Be sure to measure ring end gap as well. What jetting are you currently running and what elevation are you at? What does your spark plug look like?
Don’t know about jetting. Spark plugs a little oily. I think elevation is 1300 feet. How do you measure the cylinder on a budget? Also what’s the ring gap supposed to be?

When in doubt, replace everything. You'll be in a worse spot if you cheap out. I learned this many years ago. 😂

A 2 stroke piston being cracked is more of a problem that some wear on the sides, that's why you replace if the skirt breaks off it does damage the wear isn't going to cause and explosion only make it run poor.
Yeah that’s what I’m doing I got a wiseco kit
Bad crank seal on clutch side would give poor idle and smoke.
Would it make it bog a little more than normal too?
Yes and unstable idle
