At this point in time he was still better on the Honda, Jett is not 100%, every time he gets close to Jett trying to hang on he makes a mistake, today with a wounded Jett he got in front trying to run the pace makes a mistake. The only way Chase is going to challenge him is to change his riding, the way he wants to ride is just not possible no matter what color the front fender is, it's far to rigid, so much weight and force applied which is where half the mistake are generated. Deegs was wicked fast, I was there yesterday and was truly impressed with his performance. He just does not seem to fade and hammers it all the way until the end. You could really see he was just pinning it hitting his marks on the last 2 laps... great to watch. Especially the downhill, watching TV is one thing but to see it live is another and he was sending it. Reminded me of the Tomac / Musquin battle in 2018....
