I know you've all been patiently waiting for an update on this very important dot color debate. You'll all be thrilled to learn that after working on it around the clock, I've traced the issue back to the color settings I have on my work computer. I work inside a submarine and we use red lights in the control room which skewed the green shades in above.

12/14/2024 11:12am I’ve been doing research on all the legal and permit stuff as well as having help with lawyers on every step so waivers and noise and all that will not be a issue this won’t be some have ass ran track as I’m looking to drop 20-30k on the tracks alone

12/14/2024 11:09am Not exactly I’m able to live anywhere in texas for work as I just fly to my job anyways so instead of limiting myself to one area of possibly I say all of texas because let’s be real it will end up being around a big city of some sort within a hour to 3 hours so I’m not limiting...

12/14/2024 11:03am I would absolutely love to be In Houston would make my drive to work easy I know 3 palms is for sale as well so we will see what happens when someone buys it but I’m kinda leaning more down south around Houston within a hour if possible all depends on where land is available

12/14/2024 11:00am I would I love 3 palms but I wanna open something different I want it to be better and I’d like to have at least one trail in it for trail riders so everyone gets to have fun also I’m not the biggest fan of the location they have had multiple break ins there.

Jesus Christ can anyone just tell this dude what areas in Texas are in need of tracks? Everyone complains about tracks closing, this dude wants to open one and all he gets is a bunch of responses assuming he’s an idiot.

Before buying anything, check with your county/town/city to see if they will allow it. Do your research.
