The only answer you are gonna get on vital is the 350 is the best bike ever and the air forks are crap. At the same time, it's fast enough and handles like a dream. The next advice your gonna get is to drop $2-3000 since 350 needs a pipe, a vortex etc to make it faster and then drop...

Did you have to do the hacksaw job to modify the manifold? It was common for that mod to cause an air leak.

I just bin them up in my loft above my garage….My wife can deal with it when I drop dead…fact: the only time you will ever need one of the old plastics is 1 week after you toss them in garbage…

It’s hard to say. The biggest difference I noticed between my aer and multiple spring fork setups was front end feel in the beginning and middle of a turn. I did have them setup for me and they were better than stock. I’m not very fast but it cost me a lot to race and go to the nearest track (1.5 hours), so I may be spending more than I should on comfort.

"Well set up spring fork" is a good point. I know expert and masters level riders run cone valves and even after several setting changes were not happy and sold them. So maybe either air or spring fork, or even bikes hust need to be set up well? And maybe some riders will always blame the bike?

The AER forks are really good until you read how crap they are on the internet, or until some old dude at rhe track tells you they were so bad he threw them in the dumpster after 3 laps.

Finally got to ride my ‘24 350 with the RideJBI DIY fork kit. I’m impressed. Track was really quite rough, as usual, and the forks had no harshness on the big downhill bumps or braking bumps. Handled the hard jump landings well. Seemed to feel more planted on corner entry too. I see no need to do any more mods to the forks. Very happy now. I also have the ‘25 engine mounts. I can’t say that was a major change, perhaps a little softer feel.
