Looking to sell a 2004 kx 85 motor complete. Previous owner said it had a bad oil seal on the countershaft sproket. It comes with the seal. Dont know the internal condition, selling as is for now. Im posting here until I finish tearing apart a 94 yz 250 motor. Then ill sell individual parts if thats more desired. Will post pics as soon as im home. 505-620-4013 $450 plus the cost to ship.

What are you planning on doing with the bike? Are you going to hit the track, riding trails, or putting around a property? That definitely matters in this situation. Either way, the only correct answer is a CR500.

6/23/2026 7:41pm Agree- get a 450, use a mild map (or an older 450)..Nice smooth power, easy to ride, minimal maintenance, no pre-mix… 125 worst bike possible for your size- only advantage to a 125 is easy to put on a stand..

I think that’s aXXL. I was 283 in that picture, benching 495 in competition. Dead was 755. Squat only 450, because Army amd MX knees. There’s a funnier story behind that shirt as it involves RC16, EIDave and Daytona. RC16 was threatening EIDave about going to Daytona. Dave was gonna bring me in his bodyguard.

That being said, I do have a guy on my service team- his nickname is “Tiny” which seems to be acceptable within our business. Picture a 6’ tall, former marine, deadlifts 650, squats 700 and benches 550…Nicest guy you will ever meet…

I’m not a big deegan fan. Mostly because he’s opted out of MXDN pretty much every year. I do root for him on the track because of his riding style. But damn his name in here is like trump on a liberal forum. Just leave it alone. A lot of you get really worked up about it. It seems to be cool to talk shit on him and the Lawrence’s are perfect angels

Just came to see how you deegan haters were spinning him straight up passing and putting 10+sec on a 2 time mxgp champion. Can we now say deegan is solid #3 guy or you guys got more bs about how he’s actually not crushing his rookie season? Also single digits behind the aliens up front. He’ll be there…. Maybe by end of season, maybe next. But the boys will have to deal with him eventually.
