1/22/2024 10:49am It’s alright man, the right one isn’t available, hate engineers! or just buy the whole damn set for 300 on eBay, which is costly, there used to be a guy who made them on FB custom, with billet so they don’t snap, so think the guy is around anymore, do you possibly still have the other half?

1/22/2024 10:42am If you’re just doing trails, just hook the fan to a switch, and click er on when she’s warmed up. That’s a method I used when I had a RMX I hooked fans to.

1/22/2024 10:41am If it ain’t broke DONT FIX IT! The one that has been in the motor, will work smoother than ANY replacement at this point. It’s 21 years old.

1/22/2024 7:50am If you can’t find a rad with the sensor mount, you have 2 options, forget it, or make the T joint work, I’ve personally never done either. But my buddies with their 250sxfs do not run fans. Are you racing or putting around? -SPY

1/22/2024 7:17am Hook that fan up if you can man, You may not need it if your racing, (you probably are) but if you ever need the bike to do slow, fuel efficient, or putting around you WILL boil the coolant, not a matter of if but when. We have WRs over here and we set the fans up to run 24/7...

1/22/2024 6:26am Hey, Fanis Just making sure, is it an SXF? Ktm manuals say the sxf doesn’t have a rad fan. My buddies doesn’t either. Maybe it’s an XC? I dunno, just some insight. I would try to hook it back up for slow usage, 1st gear, 2nd gear idle. If you’re racing around 3-4th gear cruising I would say don’t bother...
