Unfortunstley i cant find a pic of the bike in it’s glory days. But around 2000 two brothers from Sweden rode the enduro world championship on XR’s and made a custom rear subframe to match the A loop tank. Those bikes turn up now and then on the swedish version of craigs list and here is one of their bikes like 15 years after the brothers had them.

Used these because they were 10mm head like the stock bolts. Titanium M6 Hex Flange Head Bolts 10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60 mm x 1.00mm | eBay

5/5/2023 7:40am Jeep, yours look like the same size length as stock OEM where’s you source the titanium fasteners for the seat pan (the 2 that go into these brackets)? the other members link works but I have to choose between 10mm length or 15mm length and the stock bolt is 12.7mm.

4/11/2023 12:23am Just did the sss swap from a 2006 yz250f onto my 2005 yz125 my axle fits well but my left spacer is a tad small how did you rectify this situation?

3/27/2023 7:35am I ordered that kit today as well; as I had the same exact issue. The kit came with the right thread pitch for the the Allen M5 x 0.8 x 11mm? How did it hold up over time, I know this is an old thread sorry to resurrect
