Hi Lee, Really appreciate the reply and insight! I am actually located in the Netherlands so not that far. I fully agree with you about the exhaust brands. It is just a matter of preference. I also heard good things about the HGS . I understood from talking to someone in the know that it is a good idea to get the pipe first so they can program the ignition accordingly. Otherwise you would have to get it re-programmed. I also have family in the US, and I have someone inbound this month so it is an opportunity to have...

Hi Nik, I ran the stock ECU with the Preston, Keefer map setting and stock settings it was ok. But having an ECU tuned to your requirements means the bike can be made much more suitable to your riding ability. I have Muiltiek in the England program my ECU. I can honestly say its a worth while purchase in my opinion. I think the exhaust is a personal choice and there are so many great manufacturers out there. FMF was my first choice and it offers great value for money. I dont think its maybe as good as Akrapovic fitting...

Hey NeuroMaxwell, The FMF follows a similar position to stock, you do get a little bit of boot to exhaust contact on the left hand rear section of the pipe.

Hi, I am pretty sure its the same blue it might just be the photographs that make it look lighter. It might be worth asking FMF the question. It might be an FMF GYTR color specific deal.

Hi, please see exhaust details as requested below. The exhaust is only available through Yamaha dealers. GYTR® by FMF® Titanium RCT Factory 4.1 Muffler part number: B7B-E47A0-V0-00 GYTR® by FMF® MegaBomb™ Head Pipe part number: B7B-E46A0-V0-00 The bike is running a Vortex ECU with specialist mapping by Multitek.

Motowhips smoothed out the hubs removing any casting marks and then coated the hubs.
