Are these things ever going to be released to the public? They've been out for a while now, and I'm not gonna lie I really need some of the white ones.

Is it me or has anyone else noticed that RD and JS both have had a problem slipping off the pegs since wearing the boots.

They already have the perfect photo for the ad. They need to show a close up of Stewart stepping on Reeds seat to get on his bike. The tag lines are endless for that shot.

I bet they kick ass. If you ever try on the new Lebron's you would be amazed how comfortable those shoes are. If you wear Kobe 5's on a hard suface it feels like you're walking on marshmellows.
Nike has their shit together. I love adidas too , I actually own 4 pair, but the attention to detail in nike's makes them hard to beat.

They MAY be a good boot, but why are they so fucking ugly.

I have no doubt they may be comfortable and well thought out but IMO they're the ugliest boot on the track.

X 3. They look like a set of gum-boots with a Nike tick on them.

Those boots are fugly.

I appreciate that they are putting a little cash into mx with Dungey and Stewart BUT they are a huge company and not really a "core" mx company.

If they have boots for sale ever - I will buy Alpinestars or Gaerne every time for sure. That's just my opinion.

I agree they are not the best looking boot out there, but I would score a pair for sure. Nike's technology is amazing and those boots are not made in the china sweat shops. They are actually made in Italy. If they become available I would just score the black ones. I was sold on how protective they are after Dungey's feet first dive into the face of a jump in San Fran last year!

I think they're getting better looking each time I see them. I know last years boots were very generic and plain, but it seems they are coming around in the looks department, and I'm sure they're very functional.

I thought I read somewhere recently that Fox has the rights to them should Nike decide not to sell them under the swoosh banner. Makes sense as I think they already make the Fox shoe line...

I think they are sweet. If they come out, I'd run 'em.

Chip Jones was a Fox designer for a very long time. Wondering if he took some ideas from his former employer? Fox is coming with a brand new boot this year, we'll see if there is any legal battle.

They shoulda just went to Sidi and copied their design, then added their ugliness to it.
