So the cops were behind him at first, then passed him and got in front of him. I would guess that the cops were probably tail gating him and he didn't like it. In one of the other videos it says Rado yelled at them to slow down and that's when the cops pulled their badge out. Dumb thing to do no matter what!

Cops here in central Florida are just a bit edgy these days. Here in the bay area, we've had at least a handful of police officers shot and killed within the past few months. Off duty or on, I would not be tempting fate with the law officers in Florida at this point in time.

Not to mention all the gun toting civilians here.

They may have passed these cops by but the off duty guys have no way of knowing what the intention of the driver in the pickup was. It is their duty to get the person off the road and determine what exactly was going on. Even though they had no bad intentions the act itself was illegal and the police take that stuff seriously.

As they've already shown, flashing red and blue lights is a felony, and their sense of humor is pretty low regarding stuff like that.

As long as the legal system of Florida gets a gagle of money they will let James off. Thats all they want. So he's behind after he's in front. Trooper sounds like one of those pricks that's in the left lane impeding traffic until there's an opening to get by, then they want to speed and they're hell bent on staying in front of you.

FHP pulled me over once and threatend to charge me and a driver behind me with FL's agressive driving BS, I only ran up on someone blocking the left lane and it was pretty tame compared to my usual, driver behind me only swerved to pass in right lane when he seen I was going to wait for the ass in front to move. From the speech we were given it doesn't take much and it's completely subjective.

I'd bet the cops weren't only riding along minding their own business, prob done the same thing they've written a ticket for.
