If Jesse is reading this, I should have worded my last post differently, didn't want to come off as bashing. This thread just stinks and I sincerely hope you've got a good explanation because I never thought of you as anything but a good guy until this all got drawn out and I hope everyone gets their issues resolved. Dennis, if you had half a brain you would realize that Jesse had not posted here since 2/18, well before this post was created.

Those of you that have not been affected by this situation need to just stay out of it, its obvious by reading a couple posts in this thread that Jesse has contacted some people and returned parts. Its an unfortunate situation, and like i said earlier in the thread, Jesse has been a part of our MD/Vital community for a long time, and been very respected and respectful. He has fallen on some hard times, like many have in this economy, lets just hope he can recover from this situation and it has a good outcome when all is said and done.

Whatever is going on with Jesse (and I hope all is well with him), he has to at least be proud a thread titled with his name is now on its 7th page!

Hell, even MA800 rarely gets to 7 page status.

Of course, in true Vital fashion, we veered off the Jesse subject about 4 pages back and it turned into all kinds of crazy shit. But that is normal, at least in a Vital sense of normal.

I honestly didn't know how to reply to this thread without what I have to say turning into an excuse.

First and foremost I have no problems with the posters in this thread that had time issues with me. There were extenuating circumstances with some of them that were out of my control.. but I made matters worse by not being available. And again I'm sorry. Everyone has been taken care of, and contacted personally.

Now let's handle the second nature of this thread, which I'm really shocked about... particularly by "veteran" posters.

There is no bankruptcy... I have no idea where this came from. My wife googled my name this morning and found a Jesse Williams that was in bankruptcy or whatever... but it's not me. Whatever happened to jumping to conclusions? I've had more Team managers, other engine builders, shop owners call me ask ask if I needed any help. Thank you guys. Hopefully the speculations in this thread on this matter won't stop future customers.

Foreclosure. Yes, now that it's out in the open this is true. BUT... it's my rental property/duplex. Nothing to do with the business or personal home. For the past 5 years I've had to deal with renters that would go half the winter around here without paying rent. By law I can't kick them out in the winter time. I just couldn't afford to pay for other people to live as well as paying my own bills. This has been a huge stress as well as taking up a ton of my time.

I've been consistently back to working 14 hr days, and getting customers motors done and out the door.

Dunn, thank you for taking the time to post that you recieved your parts back.

Life is sometimes a real drag but it sounds like you have gotten throught the worst of it.
