Shocked the promoters that sold out amateur MX to a pay service would do this…big Dave is rolling over in his grave right now…

call it the Matt Burkeen Rule. pretty dumb way to lose all goodwill with the grassroots.

we should all write the major sponsors and ask them how they feel about receiving less coverage so Mx sports can have a bigger piece of a smaller pie.

Isn't GNCC on public land? I'm no lawyer, but if you can film without purchasing an entry ticket I don't see how they could enforce.

There is nothing on public land on the east coast

They’re not trying to grow the sport fellas, off-road racing is in a down swing right now. The promoters are just trying to make money.

I havent been back to a GNCC since they banned pit vehicles except stupid ass UTVs and I havent watched any since the FLO fuck-up.

The pit vehicle ban was 100 percent necessary. I have watched spectators pull in and unload multiple quads with beer coolers and head out for a day of getting stupid and being in the way

It occurs to me that Red Bull (whom many consider to be "THE" premier energy drink company, and most certainly in terms of high end, exclusive athlete deals), never charges for one of their livestreams or recorded events???

And they draw more viewership for some of their bigger events than anyone (Red Bull Stratos was a prime example).

MX Sports, Feld, etc. really do seem bush league in their strategy.

Hmm....🤔

Well to be fair, Red Bull has a product to sell so that is advertising, for MX the broadcast is the product.

This is a cop out response. Red Bull dominates in so many fields its fucking unreal.  Monster could step up, since they're i dont know the title sponsor. But they just play kiss ass with feld to much. It annoys me how obsequious that company is when it comes to what's happening in supercross and smx.

Monster pulled out of GNCC at the end of 24.

Edit: Your talking about MX & SX, nevermind.

have you guys heard if the GNCC guys are still showing up & racing with no points?

I've heard that a majority of the NGPC pros aren't going to be at ridgecrest this weekend.

I haven't heard yet, the riders would be contracted to race all the rounds and the factory guys most likely have win bonuses. With a chunk of guys gone at ISDE it might be a good time to make some cash along with the GNCC purse payouts.
