In many ways, you don't really need to do. People often think the bible is illogical, but logic usually fits the concepts pretty well. For example, when people talk about end times stuff and it oozes of defeatism, what would you logically speculate that Jesus has to say about hopelessness? And I'll just say in advance, whatever you think makes the most sense, you're probably right.
Harsh reality is This is all a world chess match for oil.
Trump had the 1st pawn move attacking Venezuela and stealing ships of oil and then after being advised not to he still he went after Iran now the opposition Iran is killing off chess pieces right and left with no end in sight.
Trumps claimed 4 or 5 weeks is now at 6 months with no win in sight. He now has said it will not end until after mid terms election. He claims Iran will give up but thats not going to happen with the blue wave the house and congress will finally step in.
The supply chain is being destroyed so at this point There is no grease left for us all being dry fucked on oil prices that will continue to go UP UP UP

So are you suggesting that you don’t really need to know what the scriptures say and that what ever conclusions one comes too scripturally is correct for them? I’m not being argumentative , I’m just trying to understand your comment.
I'm saying that generally speaking when we're presented with a problem and we're not sure how scripture addresses it, what most people know inside is right, usually aligns with the messaging in scripture. Just generally at a high level, not so much when it comes to the literal specifics. Run it through some examples, let's say you're mad at someone and want to smash their face in, you don't usually need to know exact scripture in order to know how scripture would guide you.
Take the post above talking about wiping people out and referring to them as parasites, you don't really need to know exact scripture to know that's completely against the messaging in scripture. Or your post about the end days, it really gave me a "why bother" vibe about life and our future, and I don't need to know exactly what Jesus says about defeatism and hopelessness in order to know that I shouldn't let that message guide me in any way, because yes there are always competing scriptures, but they're always in abstract of each other and if they're ever coupled together with hopelessness in one hand and hopefulness in the other, we all know what Jesus chooses ten times out of ten.
As bad as times are, they have been much, much worse in the past. Bubonic Plague, anyone? World Wars? 1930’s depression? Each were exponentially worse than what we’re experiencing today. In fact, today is a relative sea of tranquility if you just put your phone down.

The US doesn't get it's oil from the middle east. Try doing just the most basic research before posting.
Petroleum is a global commodity. Just because <10% of our imports originate in the Mid East doesn’t mean events in that region do not have consequences. If defending a position it’s best to understand the dynamics in totality.

Diesel is refined from heavy crude, not light Texas crude, the US sources most of it's heavy crude from Canada.
US/Canada relations are at an all time low, Canada is planning on building a west coast pipeline to export it's crude to Asia.
It's a political ploy to sell fear, something you have brought into, hook, line and sinker.
