Jesus, with so many top riders injured, this could be anyone's race, maybe a team that has never won it before.
My money would be on the French ( if the conens are einjured) and the yanks have a shot getting on the box for sure
Belgium and NLs chances are not looking too great right now IMO, so France, Spain and the US honestly might be the podium in some order. Of course weird things always happen at this race.
Herlings should ride great, but Roan and if Karsmakers goes, he and his and his bike are big question marks. Everts should be steady, but Sacha is a huge wildcard and Lucas might still be hurt by then? On the US side I expect Cooper to be very steady, in 8 to 12 range, Hymas could surprise people though. On the 450 I would not be shocked to see him put it in the top 5 or 6. He is a good starter and very fast when healthy.
I sort of agree.... But this is a tough one. Do we think that Vialle and Farres have suddenly made huge steps forward and the US guys have not?

I just picked up on this... He possibly has a torn muscle in his arm from the Ironman crash? If he's not 100%, take Beaumer for sure.
Why, what's the logic there? Just the eye test? Farres seems like it's possible, and Tom has put in a few good rides here and there, but is typically 5th-10th and 30 seconds back... That doesn't scream huge jump to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Vialle fan.
Vialle on home soil, with a good start, will be tough to beat in 450cc category. Not only for Hymas...
Tom is notoriously good at Ernee too as I recall. Hymas is very good in those conditions, hilly and hardpacked. I think Tom's biggest advantage over Hymas is his starts. Their bikes will be very similar... Another advantage for Tom is that he's been racing the 450. But I do think if Chance rides well, he can be right there. Ernee is the closest to Unadilla... a very good track for Chance.

Vialle has been a revelation on the 450, was fast straight out of the box, then got injured and has been slowly building again. With his starts and being at home, I wouldn’t be shocked to see him batting for race wins. Only a week ago he kept Herlings honest all the way to the checkers.
Farres was still a kid when he raced in the US, a lot can change in three years at that age. He’s developed into a very solid rider, looks like he’ll be coming in as world champion, and that factory Triumph is no joke!
Meanwhile the most consistent rider in AMA 250s is a rookie Kiwi and Sacha kicked all their arses with a broken collarbone.
And Farres has also imo, been the best mx2 rider anyways, especially as of late. Don’t forget, Sacha also smacked them around in thunder valley as well.
Agree, Farres has been the best MX2 rider this year, and barring disaster, will be a deserving world champion.
I wouldn't discount the Aussies just yet - they are all riding well.
