Also apologies for the double post but the shining homie Eric fried up some chicken mid trip, while pretty faded, but the results were generational

Surf and turf on the grill at home for Valentines! The one time a year I cook lobster. I should do it more often, just not common in the Midwest.

Pork with some garlic spread and Webers Kickin Chicken rub. Stuffed jalapeño, garlic and onions.
Overfilled crockpot. Ribs, jalapeño, mushrooms, carrots, onion, potatoes.
This burger looks wild but I just threw what I had in front of me together after shopping at Trader Joe's. It was awesome with the hash brown on it.
That looks awesome.👍🏻
All of that looks amazing. What is that in the corner of the tin next to the Crab Legs?
Thank you. I used some of the crab meat, veggies, cheese etc and made some stuffed portobello mushrooms in there with the crab legs. There is also two different butters, a garlic butter mix and a lemon butter mix.

Bump to the top. Family was outta town, so time to smoke some ribs. I've tried different methods of cooking them, but have settled on this recipe:
Pre-season 1 hour to smoking, let rest at room temp. Use this time to get smoker to 275°. Smoke unwarped for 2.5-3 hrs until meat pulls back from bone tips and mahogony color. Wrap meat-side down in brown sugar, butter, and honey. Back on smoker for 1 hour. Unwrap and place ribs in foil boat on smoker another 30 min until 200°+. Let rest 30 min in foil, then devour! No sauce needed!
Fess up...who likes Jack in the Box tacos?
You can make them yourself and they come out pretty damn good.
I followed all Sams instructions except I fried the corn tortillas...to me, that's a given.
