Does anyone sane really think that Jett (who has a season long, well documented injury) would intentionally throw a race? Or did we simply watch a great rider make a mistake with his bike (the extended foot peg wasn’t on for moto 1) and have a painful moto?
He should have ran the supportive foot peg, but he overestimated the strength in his bad foot. That single mistake probably cost him a championship.
