New Alpinestars Tec 7 boots coming?

Sidi Crossair has been on a blowout for awhile. Also being replaced? When do boot manufacturers announce new lines?

WPS shows a lot of models that are out of stock are to be restocked by the of September.

It was new a couple years ago . Some new colors but  same boot and most of the same colors returning. 

Yeah we have very few in the US either so just waiting for a new shipment to come in soon.  The current boot is only about 2 years old and considering the last one was the same for a decade I think this one will be around for a minute. 

Sidi likes to constantly release new boots and forget the last year model. The only one I've seen consistently stay is the Crossfire 3. 

Check with a Parts Europe dealer, there is plenty of stock.

Bring back the Tech8 with the full bootie. 

As somebody that has been unable to wear a tech 10 or tech 8 because they never made them big enough,  why would you want a tech 8 over a tech10? 

I've only worn Alpinestars boots my entire time riding because I didn't get my first pair of riding boots until I was 13 or so and had a size 13.  I had used boots for my first pair. And then by the time I outgrew them I needed a 15 , then 16. So that has limited me to the tech 6 and now 7. 

I tried stuffing myself into a size 15 tech 8 at one point but they were too tight to ride in and I ended up selling them without ever riding in them.  Maybe its obvious to a lot of people but I don't see why somebody would want a tech8 over a tech10 .  I used to eat through soles on those older generation boots and my friends with tech 8's had the same problem.  They were easier to get repaired locally though. That style sole.  

The tech 8 is super old school, no reason to run those over a 7 or 10.  They are the old stitched on soles that last longer but I far prefer the grippier rubber on the current boots.  The 10 also has far more peg and controls feel over the 8 plus much more protection.  If you want an 8 just get a Gaerne boot.  

I wear Tech 7 but they are too soft. I tried Tech 10 in size 9. This is the same size of Alpinestsrs boot that I have worn for the last 40 yesrs. I could not get my foot inside of the boot. I bought Size 10. I could not get my foot inside of the boot. Tech 8 with the bootie are the most comfortable boot that I have ever worn. The bootie gave extra protection in the toe box area.
