I tried it, and it did NOT agree with me. Increased anxiety, insomnia, paranoia, etc. Meds have never really affected me much, but the side effects were very real with that for me. Side effects ceased as soon as I stopped taking it. Wife also tried it, very similar story.

Been on Wellbutrin and lexapro for about a couple years and it has been a game changer for my mood stability and OCD racing/ intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. I experienced weight gain and am still working though that, I'm extremely tired (I basically survive on a ridiculous amount of caffeine daily), and have a pretty unfortunate sexual side effect that absolutely sucks...that said, I'll take all those in exchange for the mental clarity I have now. I've tried other meds (such as Zoloft, which brought back some mood swings, and vilazodone which gave me insane anger issues and the craziest most disturbing dreams I've ever experienced). So yeah I say all that to say it helps me and it might help you. 🤷 Lol, sorry for over sharing.

Set the downcote record, I don't care.  Have another benzo while you're at it.

Well, I guess that settles it - anxiety is just fear because the dictionary lists anxiety as a synonym of fear. Thanks for that brilliant conceptual analysis.
