Damn, forgot the "Y" in lottery!!!

What would you do?

Everyone in my office has been talking about it, and roughly 90% of the people here say they would continue working!

I call BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I'd be kicking back on a beach in the Bahamas or some such place.

What would you do? Continue working? Retire? Run that privately-funded SX team?

I would still continue to work.... put the kids college tuition away.. be debt free.. and hey!! When it's time for vaca, there would be no shortage of possibilties.. I'd say keep bringing in the $$ and enjoy the lottery winnings ..

People who kick back and don't work usually die early.

Since I work for myself, I would likely continue to run my business, though my role might change, and what the business does and where it's located might change.

Of course, I'll never win the lottery since I never buy lottery tickets.

I just checked my numbers...I had a really good feeling this time, but NOTHING.

Oh well, $10.00 a week is A LOT less than I used to spend at the bar a few years ago. Come to think of it, I never got lucky there either!!!

If I had all that money I could get back into racing full time. Train everyday , ride everyday, maybe enter a few Nationals for fun. Of course I would have to qualify.

Hook up with a couple of partners and "work" at investments, home building, land developing, etc.

Definitely take summers basically "off" while the kids are still young. Their medical school tuition would probably be paid, also.

A big lottery and I might want to put a Ferrari in the garage, but I'd have to be REALLY set to do something like that.......

I would take the lump sum

Then I would start buying up deals on real estate and in 5 years when it turns back around I would be set.

Meanwhile I would learn Spanish, Hire a management company to deal with renters and then buy a new klr 650 and set it up for a ride from alaska to the tip of south america.

See ya in a year or so............

Powerball's lump sum is $87.3 million for Saturday. I'd only go back to work long enough to do my "I won the Lottey Dance".

Nudity is involved.

I'd quit my job in a nanosecond.

My "work" would become managing my investments.

Lump sum gives you better return with discipline and good CPA/money mangers...(reasonable estimates, not pi-in-the-sky stuff)

1. Quit Job.

2. Notify my CPA's and tell them to get busy making me richer, or they're fired.

3. Buy house w/ property way the heck away from everyone and build big track.

4. Buy house in So Cal so wife has somewhere to stay.

5. Buy house in Taiwan and escape there for a couple months or so every year.

6. Hire Premix, string him along, then fire him. Send all of the hate mail he sends me to Jesse.

The lottery at my house is 110mil, I would take the buy out at around 70 mil and put in the bank. Since I have 11 employs I dont think I could just quit my business so I would groom one to take over until all 5 of my kids were done with their schooling, then my wife and I would go on an endless vacation.

I wouldn't retire either, but I would start a business that I loved to work at in the industry. That way, I could get my moto fix every day and be surrounded by cool people.

I'd go to every MX, SX, motogp, sm etc. race I could and also do one HELL of a lot of fishing!
