Different times. Kenny had to race against Stewart, Reed, Dungey, Villopoto and a prime Tomac. We don’t have guys who are at that talent level right now. If anything, the fact that Kenny was finally able to win after all those years actually shows how much lower the competition is right now (minus the Lawrence Bros of course). Deegan is the American exception. Look at the only other riders inside the top 10 who are American. Hampshire and Marchbanks. Does anyone really think they are championship contending riders? Nope. They’re really good, but not that good. 

Prado has ridden more like this than what he did last week during his time here in the USA. IF he doesnt get a good start he just doesnt seem to push hard at all.
