Moto Concept Racing not responding

I reached out to the MCR product team(Lee) for a graphics kit they made back in 2023 for my 24' CRF. He said that they don't delete their designs and he can submit a work order over email and I will have to call them to submit the payment. He sends me the receipt and says to call. so I call the next day and no response. It's been almost 3 weeks and Ive reached out to them via email and phone multiple times and no response.

He did say the team was very busy due to the season and that processing would take 3-4 weeks, which I said was perfectly fine.

Does anyone know what's going on and why I can't at least get some type of email response with a timeline for when I can contact them?

I don’t know how the business end of MCR works, but the team is knee deep in prep and testing for WSX.

Order fulfillment by the race team personnel makes complete sense.

Amateur Hour business to say the least.  Have a reputable company recreate it for you.  Tony Alessi is too busy popping out kids for Lorettas dominance

No lie, I just got a response... What a coincidence..

"Carl,

Leisure Concepts is made up of four internal business divisions, with Leisure Concepts serving as the parent company. At the end of the month, we'll be hosting more than 50 dealers at our facility for our annual Dealer Summit, which includes facility tours, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.

Over the past several weeks, I've been up to my eyeballs building POP displays, dealer swag, and preparing everything for the event, so I haven't had much seat time at my desk. As I mentioned previously, our current turnaround for custom graphics is running around four weeks, and with the Dealer Summit quickly approaching, my primary focus will be on the event. Because of that, I'll have very limited time at my desk over the coming weeks.

We do have a full Inside Sales team at Leisure Concepts that can assist you with payment-related questions, although they won't be able to answer technical MotoConcepts product questions. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this Dealer Summit is a major initiative for the Leisure Concepts organization.

Since Shauna also rides motocross, she'll be a great point of contact."

How many moto companies ghost people these days? I think culture is headed that direction. It’s a no brainer to me, average customer service does wonders for keeping business coming in….

On that note, Stacyc warranty response and communication might be the best in the industry given my experience recently.

Right, but the same guys that service the customer, services the team.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear enough for you.

That’s unacceptable customer service. Absolutely horrible.

Any graphics company - apart from these people apparently- can replicate your graphics and get them turned around in less than two weeks.

Give your money to a company that treats you respectfully.

Story #8,435,672 why MX industry is all amateur hour. Level of incompetence that wouldn't be accepted in any other industry.  This is what happens when you hire employees because they were fast/bros 20 years ago.

That email response you got is BS. If their too busy too fill orders, then dont take orders in the first place.

And I wouldn't do business with any company that Tony Alessi is involved in....

It seems like they’re so overloaded with other work and excuses you should probably help them out and cancel your order since they have so much going on. It’ll give them 1 less thing to make so they can catch up on their important business.

Agreed.  Can you imagine ordering something from a real business, say Amazon for example, and getting no response for days only to be told they are too busy for you and to wait until their event is over?

Don't be mad, just call Decal Works or Throttle Jockey

So hold on, you come on here to throw them under the bus, and rightfully so....show us an email that a company should NEVER send to a paying customer...

Then fork over money for a set of graphics that make it appear you ride for said company?

Make it make sense....

Sometimes you just have to wonder who ties their shoes for them in the morning?
