Metroplex in Ft Worth, TX
They’re all neighborhoods now.
Dade Squiddy.
Dade City is undefeated when it comes to local racing. Someone like Troy Adamitis needs to do a little long form documentary on that place while Randy Yoho is still around.
Locals: RC, JS7, Mookie, Tim Ferry, Kyle Chisolm. Dorky Georke, RJ Hampshire (and his dad Ricky) Ronnie Tichenor, Kyle Keylon, Kenny Keylon, Vince DeVane
Semi locals: AC92. Vanilla Ice.
Now the Lawrences have Reeds track back there off 301, which used to be across the street from "Flyin High MX", run by Billy Wood snd his dad Bob (until Randy had that place shut down)
I dont think any one local track has more AMA pro victories.
Imagine all the stories.. like Vince Devane getting a lifetime ban for banging Randy's first wife in a box van, or when Randy let Vince back in after he got divorced from his first wife.
Everyone is already there for DITD South, be a great time for some interviews......
This guy used to ride there a bit
It'll always be Village Creek to me.

I thought that looked like village creek (now metroplex).
That’s David Bailey on the 4 wheeler. This is a riding school at Bremen Raceway around 2002. Georgia
I saw that picture and knew it was Bremen before I even read your post. Miss that place so much. Made a ton of memories at that place. Won my first moto and overall there in 2001!
Wild Rose Motocross Park, Calgary, Alberta - at least for one more year...
This place is so cool looking. Shame to hear it’s on borrowed time. What’s the deal with the property?
There are few things better in life than a Saturday/Sunday at DCMX, extended track open, plenty of moisture in the dirt, and some cloud coverage to keep the temperature down and the track wet.
Senior and Junior year of high school looked like this for me:
Friday Night - Dade City MX Night Racing.
Saturday - Few different local tracks/series we would race depending on the schedule.
Sunday - Tampa MX, Tracks and trails, or Croom for an easier day of riding.
My local track
Can’t see much of the track, but this was me winning practice at our backyard track. We lived on 7 acres, and our dad bought the neighboring three not long after we built our house. We dug a pond, and used all that dirt to build the track, and had some hauled in. My brother was a decently fast B rider, and the lap times were probably close to a minute and a half for him. I never did much more than get a foot or two of air on my XR70. One time my brothers stuck a big stick in the lip of a jump and packed it with dirt. They egged me on coming around to jump it so I did not realizing what they had done. I was a kid then, so it felt like I sent this XR 20 feet to flat. When I landed, it bottomed out so hard you could’ve probably felt it in the next zip code. I can’t remember if the lower shock mount broke, or if the bolt sheared, but we had to push it back to the shop that night.

My brother that raced got more interested in partying in his early years of high school, so he quit riding. A few years after my parents divorced and we sold the house. Still drive by it all the time and can see us all out there having a blast as kids still. Unfortunately hardly anything is still there that was from us other than the pond.
Saskatoon Track and Trail sand track
The hills behind my childhood home in Simi Valley. We could ride out the garage to natural tracks we had built up, trails, the old “Honda Track,” and so much more. It was awesome! Now it most all homes and golf courses (that went out of business).
My wife has family in Saskatoon. This looks awesome.
It’s a small world!
It’s a really fun track. It can be challenging but if you can ride sand, everything else feels easy. And those times with just the right amount of moisture are almost magical.
Route 62 MX. Martinsburg Ohio.
Outdoor track, kids track, beginner track and amateur supercross track. Indoor track with full heated pits.
Pit Row
Briarcliff MX. Nashport Ohio. Home of an ATV national and probably the best facility/track in OH. We have some damn good tracks here all across the state!
Briarcliff
Route 62
Friend’s private track, thirty minute drive from the house. It averaged around a two minute lap time and is very technical and physical. They recently expanded it and added another 1/3rd to the track, haven’t got to ride it yet though. The pictures on the bike are from the front sections of the track, the picture from the tower is the back section.

Yeah me too. We were there heavy with my sons in 2004-2006'ish. And a constant go to up until there very last race, we were there.
Them Kelly boys got a ton of my money. Both sons racing three classes ever sat night during moto madness weekends!
Pic is me, grandson and youngest son at Bremen (Aug 2011) We lost him 6 years ago so that place holds a very special place in my heart. Most all of our first moto memories where made there.
His very first race ever he was racing a "new to him kx 60 in. 10-11 class ( apr 2004) First time ever using a clutch and he loops out hard on his first start! Remember it like it was yesterday!!
My riding and racing days ended in December 2002 and I’ve been in a wheelchair since. But, plenty of good times at Cycle Ranch near San Antonio, TX and other tracks on the rio grande river border, Los Fresnos, McAllen, and Harlingen.

Wow. That's an epic setup for a local track. That's probably, 30-45 minutes from you? So cool. You win!
That finish line structure would freak me out, looks like it could take your head off based on where it's at with respect to the jump.
Zaca Station has to be on the top of the list. RIP.
You Look stylish & fast. Sorry to hear about your accident, take care.
Definitely not my local track, it’s 6 hours away in fact, but they do an awesome job there and worth the drive from PA!
Now that I'm retired. This is my small private track just for me. No big jumps or being afraid I might get landed on.
