Give him a new gen Honda and he stops tucking the front and gains 1 sec per lap.

Give him a new gen bike of any color and he loses a year chasing (ha!) setup. He does best on a well developed bike with everything figured out for him, and then he needs a team that knows what to change for any conditions that they might run into, then he needs a psychic to predict how those conditions will evolve during the race day, then he needs a team that puts up with emotional outbursts when all that doesn’t happen perfectly..

I’m a big believer in CS, but it’s a roller coaster. Unstoppable, world class speed sometimes, no ability to adapt to adversity..

It's not even about the bike, but If he knows he's on a Honda, then he knows that's where he was fastest and the rest can be worked out. He'll be confident.

I don't necessarily think it's all Kawasaki's fault.  I mean Chase is a known head case and Romain Febvre is the defending MXGP World Champion.  He got it done just fine.  Same bike, different results.

And against Coenen.

Lets see if Chase hands it to Coenen.

Perhaps Kawi should have Favre come over and race a couple races so Chase can see that the bike does work.

I think it’s pretty clear. The team needs a revamp, and Chase himself needs a revamp.

The team does look like there’s issues, but is Chase working with the team in a positive way? It seems like with him the relationship(s) with the teams quickly deteriorates into a destructive mess, and that sounds just like the last two teams. So maybe him at Kaw is just a match made in hell? IDK, this deal at Kawasaki sounds pretty familiar..

Chase has such a high ceiling that I really want to see him thrive. At his best, he’s as fast as anyone..

What's your beef with Team Kawi? Did someone from there poo in your sandwich?

He is not as fast as Jett Lawrence...

Hence, all the 'bike' problems and acting like a girl's blouse...

Chase is probably the only person who has been as fast as Jett his whole career.. he has beaten Jett straight up indoors and out. The problem is the inconsistency, Jett is solid as a rock and Chase is as fickle as they come
