Even though this is essentially a home race for him, if he can catch and pass Minear while riding a team green Kawi, and not a PC bike, I’ll be very impressed. 

Kitchen is in the attack mode and using some great alternative lines on this pretty much 1 line track

Kitchen is moving right now. If he keeps this pace he can catch the lead 

What happened to Lux Turner ? 

Juju is riding a lot better than I thought he would considering the significance of his injury. 

Impressed by Beaumer after that gnarly injury.

He looks awesome out there. He really needs to figure his starts out though. He looks to be the fastest out there, other than maybe Hammaker.

I’d be shocked if he catches Hammaker. That would be wild if he did. 

I thought the torch was passed to Davies? What happened? 

Hammaker was pulling away from everyone by about a second a lap now thats about the pace KItchen is catching him but there is only about 3 or 4 laps left.

It’s one moto. The kid just had an awesome SX season and won the championship. I think he’s doing fine. Definitely a weird moto for him though. I’m guessing there’s an issue of some sort going on. 

Mumfords stepped it up this year that’s for sure

What happened to Dudney?

Kitchen took 2-3 laps too long to get moving. If he had more time he may have made a run but with the amount of time left and Hammaker being out front by over 11 seconds, it would’ve been really tough to catch him. 

yea it was a long shot, he still cut that lead down quite a bit

Seth just cruised that one.  Kitchen might have made it a race, might not.

The gaps behind them were huge.

Do we get helicopter Deegan today?

I still don’t think he’s going to be the phenom everyone thinks he’ll be. I don’t see him stacking titles like Deegan did. He’ll probably get another one in sx next year but outdoors definitely isn’t his wheelhouse and I think it’s gonna be even more apparent when he has to move up to 450’s.

Looks like Kitchen started outside the top 15 since his best lap was the 2nd lap while in 14th.
