SKDA Graphics

This is how you do business online! Other retailers should pay attention to this model. I’ve been a customer for 20 minutes and I’m blown away by their customer service.

Highly recommend.

I’ll be interested to see what happens. But the email confirmation, their asking for pics and links to ensure they get it right, seems awesome.

I’m not in too much of a hurry, the TX Race kit just shipped from Spain.

But we’ll see what happens? I’m assuming you’ve emailed and called them?

I run a lot of custom graphics and decided to give SKDA a shot at my most recent set.  Full custom graphics are never a super easy process when trying to communicate designs via email but I provide detailed photoshop mockups of exactly what I want and provide a checklist for them to follow, so it makes it pretty easy for them. My experience with them was not the best when comparing the same process with other reputable graphics companies, as I think they are a bit too busy supporting their factory teams.  They made a mistake in two areas and had to re-print but in the end I got what I wanted. The fit/finish of their templates was good and color was accurate.  Overall I would say they provide good quality, decent service, and are in the upper tier of graphics companies.

Companies sometimes make mistakes, as long as they correct it without too much fuss and also they must stand by their products!

They sent me the wrong seat cover, but after an email with a pic they quickly sent me the correct one.

So I have a new Yamaha 2 piece seat cover that I have no use for it.

They do have good customer service and graphics are great quality but I agree with the above statment about being busy with factory teams etc. When I did my graphics we had to go back and forth like 5 times because they kept forgetting to add or remove logos that I requested. After the 3rd time it seemed like they werent even reading my design choices, just quickly moving some logos around and sending me another proof. Also was sent the wrong seat cover....twice. But in the end they made everything right and let me keep the wrong seat covers, even though I have no use for them. For the price it would be nice if they could put a little thought into the design process not just move two logos and call it a day.

I ran a small graphics company for about 10 years pre Covid, had a steady stream of clients & some decent wholesale accounts etc etc and got to fully understand all the ins & outs of that business or whatever you want to call it .

I’m constantly amazed how this company are able to support as many teams as they do, even if they’re just giving free product and not paying teams any $$.

Good for them, just be interesting to know how they can do all that fiscally speaking.

How is SKDA pronounced?  Like Skedaddle without the ddle?

C14E4D27-FF13-478B-9704-0F54FA1953A0 3………..and now the fun starts. I’d ordered and was impressed that they confirmed my order, asked about plastic update, asked for bike pictures etc;. Sent them an illustration of what I wanted.

Today, I awake to an email. It’s got a link referring me to the kit I purchased as available to modify, or to a blank full custom kit. Tried to call SKDA USA and immediate voicemail.

They just returned my call from, Australia. Time difference. All on the same page, off to the design team.

Very nice people.

Ive had 3 sets from Decal works, 3 from SKDA, 2 from W-ink and 4 from Backyard designs... SKDA does have good service, and nice designs, but their adhesive and cut suck bad. Backyard has way better adhesive, and their relief cuts for forming around tough contours is miles better... Ill never use SKDA again...

It might depend on where you are located because they have different print centers around the world.  Not all of it comes from Australia so maybe the particular print house used for your graphics didn't use the best material.  The quality and adhesive of my material was decent, not the best, but definitely upper tier.

Does the Russian mob have ProFresh tied up in a truck somewhere? I wonder where he’s been, haven’t seen him post in a while. Hopefully he didn’t get caught banging one of the Russian mob bosses wife 😁😁😂😂

Haha, I was about to post that.

I have known Sam since he was a local junior racer here in South Australia. He was a super keen and pretty handy riding in his junior days at a local state level.

Still remember the first time he raced SX and cased the triple, dislocating his hip from memory.

He has done an amazing job taking his passion from a small backyard operation here in South Australia to producing graphics for the biggest teams and manufacturers around the world and still having his companies base here.

Didn't they deport all of the truckers that couldn't pass an English language test?

The red one that says “Mugen” is what I’m after. Posting multiple pictures kicks my a$$! 😎
